If I remember well, CJ requires DirectX 9.0 and above, and NOLF2 requires DX 8.1.
To be honnest, CJ is packed with DX 9.0, but I don't know if it can work with older versions or not, I've never tried - since N2 and CJ share the same game engine, it might be possible, after all.
Regarding what CANADA said above, if you were of no help to my friend Sauron, be sure that your kind post(s) will be useful to people like me, who don't know the difference between a dedicated server and an light bulb.
