AIMING ACCURACY

Since I started to play CJ, I suffered from a distortion in aiming.

Seemingly it is only affecting me but it is...
With Ura's lightsaber mode, the 357 Magnum is aiming rightly which brings improvment and confort (better results too).
The difficulty is to explain my point when words are'nt clear enough.
So I used the laser gun which, de facto, draws a straight line when shooting and I got a screenshot on which I added the converging lines down to the vanishing point, according to the laws of perspective.
And there it shows the evidence: the aiming point is false!

Blue lines for the gun, red lines for the perspective.

i'm expecting feed-back on this topic

:))Yeah I can say exactly the same (and so is Cate) :))

Seriously, I'm glad I got your reaction on this as it has been anoying me since I started to play. :thumb:
And seemingly I made myself clear (kinda exceptional)

I am looking foreward to reading whatever you'll find which explains this :headbang:

Thanks for your support too! :thumb:

The explaination is simple: geometry and sharpshooting (the real thing that is) :(.

Do not! you allready play better :))

In fact it is like playing music (let's say guitar) on an instrument that is not tuned up.
If you've never played b4 it won't bother you if the chords are wrong cause you'll play anyway.
But if you know how to play, it's gonna be much more complicated as to play right
you'll have to place your finger tips where they should'nt go if tuned up.

Am I clear?

I'm a (sarcastic) spaceotter :))

Then your question is pertinent: It is probable that the best players would be handicapped if the aiming was right, as logically they'rnt when it's not.

And that is good news for us.
If we can motivate our brains here so that they work on it and find a solution, we'll be the kings

revenge revenge :punch: :bonk: :(. :bicycle: :fechten: :insane: :drunk: :bed:

Would this be with all weapons or just that laser? One of my main issues with playing CJ was that I couldn't kill people with the SMGs as easily as I could in NOLF2. Some weapons seemed to be more accurate, some I felt very out of sync with.
