I looked into it and found out it was rereleased and renamed "Realms Of Illusion". http://pc.gamespy.com/pc/sentinel-descendants-in-time You'll probably have much better luck searching for that title instead! I've found several copies available on eBay BTW.Spawn wrote:I've been looking all over for The Sentinel: Descendents In Time
but is unable to find it?
These screenies from the game http://www.gameboomers.com/Pressreleases/S.../sentinelss.htm are enough to make me want to buy it. This "puzzle" type of game is usually not of interest to me but, if any textures and/or prefabs can be gleaned from it's resources, I'm willing to fork out a few bucks!

Nice list spawn
I picked up a few games at Target cheap Path of Neo for $4.98, Battlefield 1942 for $3.98, and a two pack PC set for $5.00 but I can't remember what they were. My friend's son borrowed the games as soon as I got them. Even though I haven't played The Path Of Neo I did make a tool to edit the textures.

Oh I imagine it wasn't cheap ... its a very sought after game.sonic goo wrote:To get back to non-lithtech games - I recently found Grim Fandango. Not as cheap as you'd expect after all this time, but good to finally have it!
Why they just don't re-release it I'll never know.
I loved those point-n-click games back in the day (still play them) and Grim Fandango is one I don't have and wish I did (SPYDAVE = Cheapo) ...
XIII
I've been playing this one lately. It is really cool. It uses cel shading, which makes it look like a cartoon. It plays like a cartoon also. It uses the Unreal engine. I also have Dues_Ex Invisible War, but haven't played it much. I really like XIII. If you really want to get inside a cartoon, this is the one!
More Images
You can see 'BOOM,' 'AAARGH,' and footsteps like 'tap' 'tap' 'tap' when someone is walking around a corner. Pretty cool
