Since the map was already set on the grid in ed format, it should still be the same size, IE: a 128x128 wall is still 128x128. Copy a DIRTYPETEXTURES.TXT file inside that folder. Or in DEdit click on the Textures tab, then right click and ADD Folder "Tex" This will create a DIRTYPETEXTURES.txt file for you. Add this file to all your textures folders. This tells DEdit where to find the textures.
