Not sure, but the textures I have looked at with a detail texture string seems to have the same size in pixels in both texture and detail texture. Maybe that's it?

Yeah, I have noticed those 3 map packs too :) It will all be included when I start dealing with that mappack.. I want to go through it all to see if there is a equal amount of orphaned stuff like in the nolf1 mappack. If any textures replace retail textures they'll be gone too. It just takes a while...
